Hotel Checkin El Cortecito Beach

Every time I visit Punta Cana, I stay there. I love the Hotel and the people. It’s a beautiful place and the rooms are nice and comfortable.

I really loved the location, as the hotel is right on the beach. The views from the windows were amazing, and the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment with ocean views.

Didn't like: The terrace furniture was dirty, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. There were plastic chairs, a plastic table, and a sofa, but the furniture was very uncomfortable. There were no cutlery, plates, or glasses in the apartment, even though a kitchen is shown in the photos.

Didn't like: They should make a sure that that there is not bug on the wall or any were inside the room

!!!THIS HOTEL WAS EVERYTHING!!! The staff was exceptionally friendly, cooperative and went above and beyond. I felt like family! everyone from the bar & restaurant staff [I wanted to give them a shout out but I'm perhaps messing up the spelling of their names but (Madhilin, Jahilia, Miguel the bar tender)] made us feel like we were in our own homes, with great recommendations and tips with fantastic conversations. They were always looking out and going above and beyond. Ms. Nairobi at the front desk was always pleasant and very helpful...even Ms. Nicki (the excursion personnel) was very lovely....THE PRICE SHOULDVE BEEN DOUBLED FOR THE SERVICE AND LOCATION...I WOULD CERTAINLY RECCOMMEND AND RETURN NEXT TIME!!!!

Great hotel at the beach for a great price! Amazing location and hotel for a great price! The hotel is newly built and everything is very clean and the staff were wonderful! I would definitely come back again in the future! 10/10 would recommend to everyone coming to Punta Cana!

Great service The service of this place is excellent. It is greate to know that you as a guest can have good support to your queries. It is a good place.

This hotel is scam I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful throughout my stay. Customer service was one of the worst I’ve experienced—they showed little interest in resolving issues or making guests feel welcome. The hotel’s location also felt unsafe, especially at night. I did not feel comfortable walking around the area, which made the stay even more stressful. Overall, between the poor customer service, unprofessional front desk staff, and the unsafe location, this hotel was a huge disappointment. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.

Didn't like: Café da manhã só dá direito a um item se você quiser outro é pago a parte, valor cobrado diferente do acordado pois inicialmente eram 256 dólares, após pagar na cotação do dia no local ainda tive que pagar um adicional o que deu a mais. Em todos os serviços extras é embutido a taxa de gorjeta sem ser informado ao cliente.
