I had a comfortable stay , needs a lot of improvement in service pace , very bad internet also, staff are friendly on av Clean property and location , security as well

The food was great. Also the room size and beach was good.
Didn't like: Constant on going work on the beach facing my room. Bad smell every now and then, not always. Not sure why.

A really nice stay! The staff was really nice, especially our Butler Santo , he was always ready to answer to all our questions. We had a really great stay. The food, location, activities everything was over my expectations.

Excelente hotel El hotel es excelente y muy grande, tiene varios restaurantes y con mucha variedad cada uno para que puedas escoger lo que quieras comer. También tienen eventos de espectáculo a diario y muy entretenidos. El hotel cuenta con playa privada y puedes estar ahí todo el día, también tienen una piscina grande pero casi no la usamos. La habitación era bastante amplia y la aseaban a diario. La atención del personal es muy buena, siempre están atentos a lo que necesites y tienen muy buena atención al cliente, incluso nos dejaron hacer un check in temprano.
Didn't like: La pasamos muy bien en el hotel, no tuvimos una mala experiencia

Overall it was good. The staff were excellent. Santo attended to our every need and when we didn't find Santo because he had close, Carlos too was very helpful. I enjoyed the room service also!
Didn't like: Our room, we wanted a Jacuzzi in the room not bathroom making it look like a bathtub. The food at the buffet especially lunch and dinner were cold and stale!
