The location is perfect to find many areas including the public beach, many different restaurants of choice, casino, nightlife all within 5 minutes drive or taxi

Terrible Experience - would not recommend Nothing
Didn't like: We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The first day that we checked in, I distinctly remember booking a room with a pull-out couch and bed but we only got a bed and the concierge said we did not book that room, we had no running water at least once a day (the water would turn off mid-shower), we had no hot water for multiple days, the toilets would not flush, you had to wear wristbands at all times or else you’d have to pay a $25 fee, there was a point that the elevator was broken as well. This hotel is poorly managed and not worth it - I say pay the extra $100 and stay at a resort or a better reviewed hotel.

The room was clean and a nice temperature and the staff were lovely and helpful. On the bus route from Santo Domingo and walking distance to a variety of restaurants.
Didn't like: There are a few abandoned or unopened properties on the area and it felt uncomfortable walking at night as there were large areas along the street that are very dark.
