I would 100% recommend it It was really big and had all we needed, it was by the beach, lots of pools, lots of food varieties to try from, the staff were all welcoming and were very nice. They catered to our every need and monitored who we were going to out with for tours which helped us feel more protected.

We didn't enjoy Nothing

Didn't like: Poor service, bad food taste, lake of food, late cleaning, room need lots of updates, beach lots of weeds, flies & incect this year every where, we didn't enjoy unfortunately our stay . Bad service this year. Lake of communication.

The room itself was nice aside from that and Maria from reception, Abi the bartender, and Joel from checking are top tie I loved the swim out pool and the hibachi restaurant.

Didn't like: The buffet was not it, there was a roach crawling on the table. And you need to reserve everything and the rooftop closes at 6pm and the restaurants are only from 6pm-10pm. Also things were promised to us and never happened. The tour that they talk about with breakfast is loooooong was there over 3hrs.

Staff need observing by management. and guided on how to be pleasant with guests The resort and room was lovely .

Didn't like: What lets it down is some of the staff and I think it’s poorly managed . We were left waiting nearly an hour and half after check in time to finally get our room. Many staff (especially in buffet ) were very sullen and rude . Staff around lobby bar and coffee bar were excellent t though

It was overall a nice experience...

Didn't like: That they didn't have an nite club on the adults only side...Room was clean ,but like could have been cleaner like in the bathroom behind the door...
