The central location, staff, room and facilities
Didn't like: Our airco didn’t work very well, but it was still bearable

Didn't like: Always waiting for elevators Service was slow at the restaurant

Great stay but pricey Great outdoor space; pool and bar. Modern and fresh interior
Didn't like: We received $25 vouchers each day for breakfast. The breakfast was beyond average and just wasn’t worth taking - so lost 3 days breakfast. Would have preferred to pay $50 less per room per day. Didn’t get a good vibe off the barman mixing the cocktails on the rooftop bar.

Fabulous location near Time Sq. Clean with comfy bed and a heated outdoor pool with loungers Good coffee available in room. Breakfast not included and many cafes within walking distance, so not needed.
Didn't like: Room was small. Behind the scenes shabbiness easily visible - when wrong lift doors opened. No front desk on ground floor.

The pool is small, but a nice space It is very cheerful. A nice relaxing vibe which is refreshing after being outside in noisy, crowded Times Square
Didn't like: I was in a room with a King size bed by myself. If another person had shared the room with me, we would have bumped into each other a lot.

A comfortable stay in a fantastic Times Square location, although a few service issues prevented it from being a truly e I had a good overall stay at Margaritaville Resort Times Square. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely presented, and the complimentary amenities were a nice touch. The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of New York, with Times Square right on your doorstep, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city and getting around. As we were visiting New York for the US Open, the location was particularly convenient. It can be noisy at times because of the central location, but that is to be expected when staying in Times Square. There were a couple of service issues that unfortunately affected my experience. I was disappointed that I couldn’t watch the US Open on the television in the room. The TV required you to connect your own mobile device in order to access streaming apps, rather than having the usual range of channels available. As watching the US Open was one of the main reasons for our trip, this was a significant disappointment. I also ordered breakfast through in-room dining, but unfortunately it never arrived. I called a few times and was told I could order by phone, but the link I was told would be sent to me never came through. I eventually had to get up and go out for breakfast, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location, but I felt the service was not quite at the level I would expect, particularly given the issues with breakfast and the lack of a straightforward way to watch television in the room. With a few improvements to the guest service experience, this could be a very good option for staying in New York.
