Fantastic location and spacious suite, an ideal midtown base for families Prime central location, situated right between the high energy of Times Square and the relaxing atmosphere of Bryant Park, the hotel is within walking distance to Broadway, major subway lines, and central attractions. The room was very spacious, and having a fully equipped kitchenette adds great value and flexibility during the visit. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, creating a warm environment from check-in through departure.
Didn't like: While having complimentary breakfast included is a nice bonus, the spread could be richer and offer more variety to match the overall quality of the hotel. Soundproofing between adjacent rooms could be improved.

Perfect location and good breakfast. Rare find in Times Squares. Perfect location.
Didn't like: The hotel was too crowded and you could barely use the elevator.

Disappointed Location so close to times square
Didn't like: Room so dusty and we all got sick next day, Restroom had flush handle issue, even though they fixed it immediately, not a good thing for such a branded hotel. Totally disappointed.

Great location and great breakfast. The breakfast was well served and had variety. Sandra at the reception was very nice and helpful in our needs. The staff was very kind.

Great location but rooms could do with a facelift The central location, spacious room, the large fridge, and kitchenette were the reasons we booked.
Didn't like: The room was like many in Manhattan: in need of refurbishment a decade or so ago. Old style, small sink, rough towels, smelly shower curtain.

A scam to be investigated I did not get to see the property where I paid for a 6 day stay. I was told by the customer service I contacted to announce my late arrival that they cannot find a reservation in my name.
Didn't like: I did not like the approach towards their clients and the fact they did not respond in time to my requests. I was definitely the victim of a scam and I am not sure if it was the hotel or the Booking.com, the counterpart I made the payment in January 2026.

Birthday bash in the Big Apple Great location - so close to subway stations and within easy walking distance to a lot of major attractions. Good sized room. Great value for money as it included a kitchenette. Friendly staff.
Didn't like: Lift wait times at peak times was slow. Sofa bed mattress not good.
