Reviews
Review highlights
- Cleanliness6.5/10
- Mixed reports: some guests noted very clean areas, but multiple reviews mention dusty nooks, towels hidden behind appliances, sewer-like smells and poorly maintained bathrooms.
- Service8.0/10
- Generally praised staff (housekeeping, luggage service/Reggie) as friendly and helpful, but there are consistent complaints about slow or problematic check-in, long queues and unexpected charges.
- Location9.0/10
- Consistently highlighted as a major positive: excellent Strip location, walking distance to many attractions and the unique flamingo habitat/view.
- Room Quality6.5/10
- Mixed condition: some renovated 'Habitat' tower rooms praised, but many reports of outdated rooms, small bathrooms, odors, poor maintenance and odd fixtures (e.g., sliding glass bathroom doors).
- Amenities7.5/10
- Good amenities noted (pools, flamingo pond, casino), but issues include limited pool hours, occasional extra usage fees and aging facilities (elevators, wear and tear).
- Value for Money8.5/10
- Frequently mentioned as excellent value and great price for the location; guests felt they got good bang for their buck despite some shortcomings.
- Food and Beverage7.0/10
- Limited mentions overall; a specific coffee spot ('cortadito') was praised compared with the on-site Starbucks, but there is little broader commentary on dining quality or variety.

Good property to stay in the Middle of strip for all the Actions In the Main strip walkable distance to all the places
Didn't like: During check in and check out they have a automatic booth but it doesn't get things right for the customer.

Very good price but…
Didn't like: Our room on 6th floor was very noisy. A very disturbing noise on the floor above, like a landing plane, disturbed our sleep

Decent place to stay; better options elsewhere. Location is a plus. I “upgraded” to a renovated room which was nice. The room included a refrigerator and a safe. The room was relatively quiet.
Didn't like: The elevators do not require key card access to the floors so that poises a safety issue. Anyone can get on the elevators and go to any room. The two swimming pools play excessively loud music. Each playing different songs and they are right next to each other. If you plan on going to either pool for relaxation, reading, taking a nap, etc. forget it. Better to stay somewhere else. They allow smoking in many areas of the property besides the gaming area. Hard to get away from it. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was missing and it it’s place they put a small bottle of body wash. No bar of soap. Showers had mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all which looked pretty beat up and didn’t work well. Areas of the hotel looked old and worn.

Recommend! Would stay there again! Staff there was amazing! I loved the house keepers they get your needs as soon as you ask! Especially the cleaning guy that swept the 21st floor he was amazing and a genuinely kind person that asked if we needed anything and got things that we need in the room when we asked! Our view of the room was great and better than we expected to get a great view of the high roller and sphere! A/c worked perfectly during our stays there were the weather ranged from 98-100 degree weather. Very spacious rooms and bathroom with great water pressure!
Didn't like: Pillows were odd for me if you like more solid pillows that are feather stuffed then you’ll enjoy it but wasn’t my cup of tea. They kind poke you when the pillow cover doesn’t it completely and by the end of the week we had feathers all over the bed and sometimes in our hair😂 Bathroom door was a sliding door and doesn’t seem as private since it didn’t close all the way and you can hear everything in there and wish it was an enclosed door especially considering that we were in a 2 queen beds room sharing.

Great quality, great price, would stay here again. Real five star experience, very comfortable room and amazing view.
Didn't like: We got a room with two small beds instead of a king like we had booked. We got it fixed easily but it was a bit exhausting carrying heavy bags from the parking and from one room to another.
