Great stay overall - would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend Great location and we loved the pool
Didn't like: There was a horrible wet stain on the carpet in the room - no idea what on earth it was but it was not good

Didn't like: Room was not serviced for the whole day on the Monday and after calling housekeeping took additional 45mins before it was attended to. Bathroom was dirty from a previous guest. the ceiling of the bathroom has water damage visible and cheapens the newer shower installed. the vanity had no drawers to function for storage and more space. Everytime we would walk to the elevator we see multiple dirty plates lying outside guest rooms for days. A lot of your cafe /fashion shops don't recognize the MGM rewards card inside your own hotel casino. Not all revenue comes from gambling, just a thought Your ice machine doesn't have cold water function available, but instead charge $5 for bottle water in a vending machine next to it?

For a five star hotel, disappointing Location was excellent. It was amazing to stay in such a famous hotel.
Didn't like: I did not feel special. I had no coffee machine in the room. There was no free water in the room. The facilities you’re getting the best western better than the cities in the Bellagio room. This was very disappointing.

Terrible The hammam and the view from the window were highlights.
Didn't like: However, the floors and carpets were dirty. The bathtub was unclean, the bathrobe was covered in yellow stains, and the towels bore brown marks from use. The penthouse was dusty. There was also construction work going on in the winter garden, which I hadn't been warned about. The online checkout button wasn't working, and there was an unrecognized charge on my card that I dispute.

Not the exceptional property it used to be Location
Didn't like: Pool area- umbrellas don’t cover 2 people trying to sit together! When it’s 110 degrees out you need umbrella coverage! Also the pool railings weren’t covered- I burned my hand!!!

Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend The Fountain view room was exceptional. Watching the fountains from such a wonderful viewpoint was the highlight of my trip. Jasmine Restaurant was awesome and our server was very helpful. The person who checked us in was also amazing
Didn't like: Nothing, loved the location and atmosphere . The shops were too exclusive for my taste, but I realise others would have liked the exclusivity of shopping there
