Didn't like: I was told by the front desk my room was not ready she said no one leaving and no rooms were available but I waited patiently and saw 4 people come in after me and received rooms right away I was really annoyed

Great location near the Bellagio in the middle of all the hub and activity! The accommodation was very spacious and clean and all amenities including the kitchen were perfect. Parking instructions were easy to follow and provides easy access from the garage to the hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

The play is old and outdated. There’s a RCA player in the room. The location was ideal.
Didn't like: The room wasn’t ready and we had to wait for our specific room to be cleaned. When you visually saw other people getting their room keys. Also, when you check out you have to throw away your own trash and pull off your own used linens to not accrue an added cleaning fee. So why does it take so long to clean the room when we have to do half of it anyway.
