Came to Vegas for a job training and this property was basically my home away from home, staff was friendly & facili Proximity to the strip

Didn't like: Additional fees at the property & options at small marketplace store.

I will come back again. It was a pleasure staying at the Polo Towers. The condo is well located, and you can walk everywhere. Accessible to Uber/Lyft or taxi. I didn't have a great view since I was on a lower level, but good enough to see the monorail pass by from time to time. The room was perfect for two. It has all you need, from the safe deposit box to a diningware set for your use. Didn't use the gym or the pool since there was a lot of things to do out there. I was not interested in coupons for food or events, or to seat and listening to the 90 minutes timeshare event. By the time I booked the room, it was a great value, better than staying at any hotel and paying for amenities that you won't use or enjoy. The service was top-notch, very attentive. Amaya, Remark, Ata, Amber, and Annie, high five to you!

Didn't like: In another note, one night there was a disturbance with a loud guest, but it was taken care of immediately, and the last night at the hotel, someone in room 7307 was trying to access through the adjoining door, I guess he was either drunk or sleepwalking, but it scared us at 4am.

Enjoyable Stay Our one bedroom apartment on the 17th floor ( with a view if the Sphere) was modern, very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The large refrigerator even had an ice maker! The bathroom was large and stocked with plenty of towels and soaps. The gym was well equipped and even had a view of the Linq ferris wheel. The rooftop pool was pretty small and was only 3 feet deep, but there were plenty of loungers. There is also an observation deck and that gave an awesome view of the Las Vegas strip. Highly recommend

Great value on the strip The location was great, about 150metre walk behind the strip. There is a Walgreens and food places nearby, as well as a bus stop for the Deuce. The room itself was great - bar fridge to keep drinks cold, big shower, big bed.

Didn't like: The only downside was the room isn’t serviced (you have to request it), and the team will try and push timeshares on you. Essentially they will fund tickets to a show etc, and you attend a timeshare presentation at one of the sister hotels. The team at Polo weren’t too pushy, but the timeshare team themselves were.

Facilidades na localizacao. Cozinha equipada, com tudo que precisavamos. O quarto tinha cama grande e confortavel, mas a iluminacao era pouca. O banheiro espacoso.

Didn't like: Meu marido ficou na piscina e esqueceu o celular no quarto e eu sai com o cartao do quarto, ele tentou me contactar mas como estava sem celular ficou preso do lado de fora, entao pediu na recepcao ajuda e foi barrado de entrar no hotel, ele passou minhas informacoes na recepcao mas como a reserva estava em meu nome nao aceitaram. Ele precisou esperar eu voltar para conseguir entrar no hotel novamente. Acho que poderiam ter pelo menos escrito no cadastro o nome de todos os guests para nao constranger os clientes. Ficou maior climao depois disso.

Everything was clean and no smell of smoke as it is a non smoking facility.

Didn't like: The trash was not thrown out even though I requested it through housekeeping.

Didn't like: The room was very small The photos were definitely not the same as the room
