Outdated but still a Vegas icon. The iconic hotel in Vegas, an experience that everyone should go through when passing by the city.

Didn't like: The whole hotel is super outdated, rooms that didn’t suffer changes since the 90’s so that makes it a 7 instead of a 10. With renovations, you can’t ask for better to be honest.

Excellent location

Didn't like: There were no coffee capsules in the room—only available for a fee; when we went down to the pool, there were no chairs for sitting, only loungers available for rent at an extra cost.

Celebrating our 25th Anniversary so it was Good Beautiful Clean Good service

Didn't like: Slots spread out too much for us Older people would find it harder to get around

Nice with one glitch. Our room on 16th floor of Augustus tower was nicely decorated and good view of Bellagio and Strip. Loved the Qua Spa and Restaurants and Slots.

Didn't like: We never got our trash taken out or towels replaced after first day. We were there four nights. I called three times to housekeeping. Even then-we got a sack of towels but no trash removal. I requested maid service when we checked in and left tip which was taken first day with beds made/ trash emptied/ towels/ bathroom cleaned. After that I left tip and not taken and no service. Otherwise loved it.

A nice stay if a little expensive Nice upgrade to a bigger room. Suite was huge. Whirlpool bath was lovely, and there's a shop just downstairs that sells bath bombs etc.

Didn't like: One of the cupboards in the room houses the ac vents. I expect these are usually locked but ours wasn't and upon opening it was extremely dirty/dusty and in need of maintenance. Also meant the noise from the ac was quite loud. The shower fixture in the bath didn't work, the valve appeared to be seized. All food outlets seem very pricey, but I guess it's just 'Vegas'.

Didn't like: I really upset because I had paid extra for early check-in, although they never really messaged me to check in early
