Didn't like: Thermostat would keep air conditioner constantly running. Had to constantly turn on and off. One chair had stains and I had to flip it and noticed they both needed vacuuming underneath the cushions. The bathroom cabinet just needs a touch up of paint in every room this simple fix would improve the look immensely!

Didn't like: No kettle or coffee maker. Never been in a hotel that doesn’t offer this. Pool not open & told we would be charged to use sister hotel

Great location and comfort, but disappointing cleanliness and housekeeping. Great location in the center of the Strip, with easy access to the monorail, CVS, and late-night food options. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Didn't like: Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned well before our arrival, with dusty surfaces, hair, dirt, and debris left in several areas. Housekeeping also did not service our room during the entire weekend, even though we saw staff working on our floor. This was especially disappointing because our previous stay at this hotel was excellent.

Didn't like: Entryway for LV Blvd was not open/working, no/poor signage noting such. Rooms & hotel need an update from the former Bally's decor.

It could have been better with a working AC room The location and friendly front desk staff
Didn't like: The AC wasn’t cooling the room properly and we were given a different room only for that room AC not to properly work either we slept extremely uncomfortable and even called for maintenance only for him to come and claim to have adjusted the temp to 66 and it still never went below 68 or cooled down properly.

If you're looking for a centre strip hotel, with good facilities, comfy beds, easy check in & out - this is the one for you! Every staff member i encountered couldn't be politer.
Didn't like: There was a few tired looking areas in my room. You could tell the room clean was rushed, but on the whole, this was clean. Dusty walls, dirty looking fan in bathroom and AC fan dirty (or just old).
