ROOM 511 Close to printer row book fair Broken shower. Television didn’t work. Only one light. No outlet for charging devices. No outlet to use coffee maker Mold around shower. Perhaps that didn’t matter since I couldn’t use the shower. The two young women at the front desk were great. Wry friendly.

Didn't like: Front desk staff.

Excellent stay , if get a chance would stay again. Location is super at a very reasonable cost in downtown Chicago. The Lake and River walk are practically walking distance.

Didn't like: A dated property but well maintained

Didn't like: No warm water in shower. Cleaning stuff enter room without knocking nor asking they just used their own key and get in second without giving any warnings!

It was lovely. The room was beautiful. I loved the suite atmosphere and the old fashioned/traditional archways that separated the different sections. It was very comfortable with a very good breakfast diner right downstairs. It was close to all of the transportation options which made everything easy.

Didn't like: There was nothing to dislike.

The price was cheap

Didn't like: The beds were hard, stains on the sheets, cold shower, no body soap, not enough towels, not enough power outlets for charging electronics

Really old building; only stay if you need the location This hotel has two things going for it: 1) the location and 2) the staff trying to keep this shell of a building remotely clean and hospitable.

Didn't like: Rooms are big but insanely outdated. You feel like you're in a Stanley Kubrick film. Bathrooms are poorly laid out and annoying to move around in.

Staff was friendly and answered question.. room was clean and very comfortable

Didn't like: Walls are thin you can hear neighbors. There was a squeekig sound i heard from one of the rooms or elevator on the 8th floor. Wish there was a fridge and microwave
