Very nice parking sucked

Didn't like: I paid 1300 to stay there and couldn't even go swimming because the pool was down

I felt very safe in the property. Staff were very friendly. Perfect location! Location and safety! Very quiet and comfortable!

Didn't like: Almost everything was good. Couple of minor suggestions: on the list of services to request through QR codes, I couldn’t request creamer for coffee. I had coffee pods but not enough creamer! Also coffee table was a little unclean with some crumbs on it and fridge had a strong food smell! As I said very minor not a deal breaker!

Nice location, too expensive for what it offers. The location. One of the main reasons I chose to stay at Sentral.

Didn't like: The other reason why I chose was the pool. I went to Chicago for a competition and was planning to use it for my recovery, it was disappointing knowing during the check in the pool had no water due to maintenance. It could have said before. Another problem with the unit is the lack of cleaning. A lot of dust, walls with lots of stains, kitchen dirty, bathroom with the hand shower broken (not able to use it), and the the yellow seat was disgustingly, it felt like it was never clean.

Everything

Didn't like: The security deposit is a little steep. I feel it shouldn't be no more the 250 at Max

It’s the perfect choice for a home away from home. Would definitely come stay again next time. New, clean, spacious, well equipped with all amenities, and good location

Didn't like: Pool was closed

Knowing chicago staying at this location hits incredibly different I do like location, views, amenities and how comfortable the unit is.

Didn't like: The pool was empty of water, too sad

Didn't like: The bed, pillows, and couch were horribly uncomfortable. Every single noise from the hallway to the surrounding rooms was audible.

I checked in, noticed I had a terrible view, but a nice room. Location, clean room, comfy bed, cool building.

Didn't like: Didn’t like the view from my room. Also kind of wish the pool and hot tub were operational.
