Location
Didn't like: I think the facilities need to be updated. Also the common room in the second floor had a smell.

Very affordable and It's very well located, close to many great places. The staff is also amazing. Melissa from Free Breakfast & Plan Meetup gave us excellent tips. Rooms/Restrooms are super clean.
Didn't like: One issue though is that is too close to the train line, so the noise may bother you a bit in some rooms. A controversial suggestion: Separate people who snore from those who don't. :p

Excellent! Perfect spot for a night before the Mag Mile race…..so convenient and price was great to I really loved the hostel…. The room was clean and everyone was quiet. Plenty of space for my backpack and duffle! The bathroom and showers were squeaky clean. Everyone was friendly! Price was great!

-location -staff, very kind
Didn't like: -not so clean -it was freezing cold and the A/C is extremely noisy. Obviously you would think it's a simple regulation matter, but there is only one thermostat shared among 5 rooms so basically it's impossible to change it. Is it even legal locking people in a room with super strong cold air without any possibility to switch it off? Had to sleep with 2 blankets and a sweater, and the noise was also very disturbing. 22 degrees outside, not 40. Unacceptable, especially for this money

Clean and modern. Bring your own lock for the locker.
Didn't like: It's ridiculous that you need to pay a fee to store luggage
