Would not recommend Location is great
Didn't like: Hotel is very run down. Bed was terrible. Noise from trains and Michigan Ave very disruptive to sleep.

Great. Love the coffee too! I come here for all my races. It’s perfect location right by train and I love that Paris Baguette is right down stairs.

Didn't like: I got velvet parking and I saw the velvet speeding out of my parking spot. No damages but seeing someone speed off in my car after paying for them to park it is very worrisome.

It was a place to sleep, but with that being the only good thing about it, it is very overpriced. I liked that the hotel was close to the attraction we were going to.
Didn't like: There was no parking. On the booking website it said there was valet which I did not need a reservation for. Upon check in, the receptionist let me know that the valet was sold out for the night and I would have to find a parking lot near by and pay for. It was also a soccer game that night so all parking lots in the area were full! Also, the rooms don’t have microwaves, there is only one in the lobby for everyone to use. And the ice machine on the 4th floor was out of order but we didn’t know until we already walked to it. The floor in the hotel room didn’t look vacuumed as there was a finger/toenail on the carpet upon arrival. Also the outside wall/window is paper thin so we could hear conversations from people passing in the sidewalk all night. Hotel is directly next to the subway which was loud, but was not noticeable after the first couple times it had past. Also, paid for complimentary breakfast with my stay, but upon check in I was handed 2 14 dollar vouchers for the bakery next door. Bakery was very packed and was a little confusing to order at as we had obviously never been there. Also, the bathroom was very unkept as the wallpaper was peeling at all the seams. Due to all of this it is not worth the $200+ as you also have to add an additional $95 dollars for parking in a lot overnight. Parking was probably the biggest let down from the whole situation. All the rooms were outdated, yet the lobby is very modern and expensive looking. Do not let the lobby fool you, all the money for renovations went directly to the lobby and no where else.

Location is good. Parking charge left a huge dark mark on the trip. $98+ for 19 hrs is not okay Staff was pleasant. Location is nice.
Didn't like: I thought I had reserved a parking spot at the hotel, but it wasn’t on my reservation, which is fine. However, the self park lot I was recommended to park in charged me just over $98 for less than 20 hrs of parking— that is not acceptable or ethical. To recommend that location to a patron is poor professional practice. Also, the TV in the room would show nothing but static, and I called the front desk. They said they would send someone up, but no one showed to the room, so we had no use of the TV.

Great location, right by park system and public transit.
Didn't like: The beds were not that comfortable.
