Didn't like: The garage was very confusing. The wait time for the elevators was excessive at times.

Never will stay there again. Outside of the bldg
Didn't like: Parking garage is a nightmare, virtually forced to valet park. Air conditioner alternated between sounding like an old jalopy with parts banging underneath to a high pitch screaming sound that sounded like someone was being slowly murdered.

Perfect! Zero complaints. Everything was great. The room with patio and the outdoor pool were game changers for my hotel needs. Excellent!

It was a nice stay. The architecture of the building was nice. I liked that you had to have a key to access your floor. The staff were nice and accomodating. Easy check in and check out process. The views from the balcony were AMAZING.
Didn't like: Plumbing issues. The sink often clogged and the handles in and around the tub were leaking water. I contacted the front office who were nice and reported it be fixed; however, they just unclogged the sink and left the residue and didn't clean it and it reverted to clogging again. The amenity area by the pool was a complete MESS. Trash and debris everywhere and a man was sleeping inside.

Didn't like: Facility public areas were not well cared for; dirty carpets, stains on chairs.

Probably will look for other places next time we come to Chicago room was nice size. the guy diredtikng traffic at the entrance was helpful
Didn't like: Swimming pool was not actually on the main rooftop but on the roof of an annex, changhe your advert. Also we didn't bpother going to the pool as it was packed with some disco djh party and the noise up in our room from it was shocking. The car park was very confusing to find ones way around. the elevators were dirty. there was no control of the queue at check in and people just forged their own way in ahead of others.
