Excellent! I would definitely consider staying here again in the future :) I loved the uniqueness of the hotel design and the staff was very friendly.

Didn't like: A bit noisy at night but it wasn’t too bad.

Scenery, the protection of the property

Didn't like: Had to wait 30-40 minutes at arrival and it was time to check in still had to wait. Got told I got upgraded to a higher level, the view was just building alley didn’t get to see much. Dissapointed in that.

CitizenM is overpriced for what you get, and hospitality is hard to come by. location is right off of Michigan Avenue near Millennium Park; convenient for things downtown and for accessing CTA/Metra.

Didn't like: Pretty much everything else. You have to check yourself in and setup your own room key. Everything in the room is controlled by an ipad. The TV never worked. The beds are firm and on our king bed we had two total pillows which seems about half of what it should be. The street noise is incessant--we were greeted at 6:30am on a Saturday by the banging of buckets and random jazz music being played outside. The rooms are very small. The mini fridge wasn't cold and the room takes ages to cool down. I would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Torture chamber. Worst hotel experience of my life. Could not spend any time in the room. Stressful. Location

Didn't like: AC was broken. Puddle on the floor the size of a bucket of water and the offer to remedy the situation was a few extra towels and a fan.

Would not stay again The location was good and the stay was nice but I did all the check in and check out process . Wouldn’t stay again

Didn't like: The room was small , the air was mid to say the least , sheets always felt wet , there were stains all over the sheets and pillows , the toilet paper wasn’t even knew but looked like it was left over from the previous stay. Would not recommend
