Mouldy Location was great and bed was clean.

Didn't like: Sadly there was mould in the bathroom around the bath and shower head has mould in and around it.

Location is good, but it’s outdated and our room wasn’t clean The staff is friendly and helps you with everything. The location is perfectly central.

Didn't like: The hotel is outdated. There are only two elevators for most of the floors. It’s not unusual, that you have to wait for 5 minutes for the elevator. We had to switch rooms, because there was dried blood on our bed. Additionally there were many hairs of someone else in the bathroom plus one towel wasn’t changed. It’s pretty expensive in my opinion.

Fine place The staff were amazing and the free 24/7 coffee on floor 2 was a great plus.

Didn't like: The "breakfast" was just a $25 voucher per person for next door, although it was very yummy, and the rooms were overpriced and not much better than hotels on the same street.

Awesome location; convenient option for Chicago. Location is the main shocking positive characteristic of this hotel. Staff was great, access was very convenient thanks to digital tools.

Didn't like: Nothing to dislike. The room is small and I that understandable according to price and location.
