A great hotel with excellent views for a short stay in central Chicago. A very nice hotel in a highly central location, featuring very spacious rooms and excellent views of the river.
Didn't like: We booked a room for four, with our two children supposed to sleep on a pull-out sofa. The receptionist was unable to explain where the sofa linens were or how to set it up—in fact, he ended up asking us what he should order for the room. We requested a full set of pillows and linens, only to discover later that most of it was already stored inside the sofa. It wasn't a huge issue, but it was strange to deal with that lack of professionalism and basic knowledge from the staff.

Fantastic place to stay Everything about this property was phenomenal. The customer service, housekeeping and rooms were perfect. The location is about a 10 min walk from many tourist attractions. The views are beautiful. This was a great stay and we appreciate the extra attention shown for our anniversary.

A comfortable and memorable stay in a great location, made even better by the wonderful staff. We had a lovely stay at L7 Hotel. The room was modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed to relax. The location was fantastic, convenient for exploring the area and getting around easily. Most of all, the staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I’d happily stay here again!

Beautiful and convenient location.
Didn't like: The front desk staff were not the friendliest but they were helpful.

It was pricey for the river view and can barely see the river. It was ok for a weekend stay. I liked the fact we didn’t have to pay to store our luggage.
Didn't like: The bathrooms in the lobby were dirty
