Great location, panoramic view, excellent restaurant(the Palm) and very helpful staff. Location, not so crowded like Hyatt Regency next door. Staff were very helpful
Didn't like: Some lights were not working, electrical system needs updating, some parts of the room were too dark, no ceiling lights, air temperature could not be adjusted. Fixed at one setting

It’s our favorite hotel location for business trips into the city. Manager Jean addressed our issue, consolidated our two reservations, offered an upgrade and made the stay delightful.
Didn't like: Mexican Independence Day celebrations brought increased noise and traffic

Cool hotel, front desk can do better Clean hotel and good location. Excellent fitness center with beautiful view.
Didn't like: Front desk person. Simply checked in. No welcome to Chicago, no info about what is offered at the hotel, no "is this your first time staying with us?" No smile, minimal eye contact. Maybe he shouldn't be in that position.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The location was great for us
Didn't like: The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time we used it and housekeeping never came to take care of our room.

Disappointed Was able to get a room fast unfortunately they kicked me out just as quick.
Didn't like: Was kicked out on my birthday for being to noisy, as the owner of the room I was not given a first chance to lower my music, which I believe it wasn’t that loud but this was extremely unprofessional and saddening to be kicked out of a hotel you have been planing to stay at for weeks. Terrible service terrible people.

Didn't like: It was very outdated. The doors, the bathroom, the tv system, the old carpets all very outdated.
