Beautiful resort . Perfect for a relax vacation . The location is beautiful. Food is good to be all inclusive resort . I stayed here on July 2026 with my husband and son , the service was excellent. This past weekend I went back and took my mom and 2 friends . The service wasn’t as good as I expected, since I stayed last month , I was expecting the same service quality . Some waitresses were rude , and didn’t even take care of the tables . One night I had to speak with the hostess. I really wasn’t expecting that to be honest . On another hand, I would like to highlight the excellent service from Alfredo( short guy ) , he was at the beach spot ,he took care of us extremely nicely while our stay. Also shout out to Adalberto. Ivan at front desk also gave us excellent service.
Didn't like: The view is beautiful.

The best dancer and show!!! We came here with family and doing with the disco or good night and it was amazing. The dancers were Fatima, Carlos, Naomi, Gabriel and Fernanda - amazing dancers and they were so warm to dance with and learn dance moves from!!! Much love xoxo

best trip ever!! Cannot recommend the Grand Fiesta Americana highly enough! The friendly staff, amazing food, and high level of service has set a new, all time high standard for travel. Mario at the Martini Bar provided delicious drinks and memorable laughs all night long! We made plans to hang out at the martini bar every night, enjoying the night with friends old and new!

El Mexicano restaurant We had a great experience at El Mexicano! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waiter, Javier, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food, great service, and a great overall experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Trip with Friends Experience has been great so far! Amazing service from Mario at the Martini Bar, Gustavo at the pool and Juan at the beach. Very accommodating, clean, good food and drinks. Will definitely be back!
