Excellent! Location

Didn't like: Pool chair etiquette. Guests leaving towels to reserve chairs and not using them

We had a great time. Great location and service! The location and the service

Didn't like: Some of the amenities definitely need to be upgraded. I would like to see more activities at the resort and restaurant/food choices.

The world's worst all inclusive beach resort. Medano beach access is decent.

Didn't like: This hotel is amongst the worst all inclusive hotels I have been to in my life, and I take my fam to 2 to 3 all inclusive hotels a year. The hotel closed off beach access with yellow tape and would restrict guests from walking on the beach, citing a hurricane that did not even show up. But ask for manager to make a better judgement call, and no one exists. That was 2 of my 7 days. They removed beach beds for another 2 of my 7 days, saying the waves were too high (no they were not). So I was stuck in a 1 star hotel with no beach access (only reason we were there) for 4 of 7 days. They will blame precautions. No. Mexican workers here follow rules like low level military personnel without applying any judgement. That is the unfortunate reality. It is a systemic issue with poor management and overall zero leadership training. They only offer purified water in this hotel. No mater how much you drink it, you will feel dehydrated. We even brought our hydration pills and mix but that didn't do much when the overall base is recycled thick tap water. So we ordered natural spring water from Rappi (Sta Maria and Evian) but the security wouldn't let it in, so we had to walk 300 meters carrying heavy water from the gate to the hotel. Again, a situation where lower level employees follow strict orders, don't accomodate guests needs, and offer zero customer service. 2 of the 3 times, the security was not willing to call guest services to help carry water. The hotel falsely advertises multiple restaurants. They only had 1 no extra charge restaurant option at the Blancho the entire week. If they run one, they shut down the other. Clearly tough times at this struggling hotel as it applies cost cutting measures to survive. And the restaurant food at Las Palomas, Cilantros, and the buffet at the other hotel was atrocious. You can find better food in an airplane or club lounge than this hotel.

Dont expect a perfect experience. Needs ac reconditioned and some electrical work done The value was good room serve was quick deliver was on time

Didn't like: Ac was working poorly, we had to keep all blinds closed just to help the room comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable. Both beds had 3/4 inch foam, Probably due to multiple complaints of hard beds. The room only supplied 2 pillows per bed. The rooms floors were not swept unless we asked for them to do so. Light in room hallway did not work. Several outlets were so worn out that the plugs can hardly stay in place. Cords and plugs for lamps are very old and need replaced. Lamp shade between beds would constantly fall when bumped into. One elevator was functional other elevator looks like it has been out of order for some time. We where told that we can have visitors meet us in the lobby but once the visitor arrived to the gate we where told that they could not come into the building. The supplied print out had incorrect times printed onto the sheet. We also found out that multiple restaurants or services as part of the all inclusive package were not even open. Door to men’s bathroom located at the pool bar would not open or close unless forced. The food was okay at best.

Great location and excellent facilities, with access to all Pueblo Bonito properties.

Didn't like: Pueblo Bonito Blanco feels a bit dated. The food is good, but could be better—though there are plenty of additional dining options across the other Pueblo Bonito properties.

Very good Excellent location and access to other hotels .

Didn't like: The pool seems unhygienic with children and adults having drinks in the pool. Often they’ll spill the drinks in it. People are allowed to get into the pool with normal shorts and tops specially men, not using swimming customs to get in the pool or shower before getting it the pool meant lots of water dripping out of peoples’ clothes outside the pool and bathrooms and a lot of sand brought into the pool.

Beautiful What I loved most about the property was how clean and beautiful everything was. The tropical setting was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful landscaping and such a relaxing atmosphere. The entire property was well maintained, inviting, and felt like the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Cabo.
