Fun time!!! Want to come back The employees were super nice and fun. The pool and landscape was clean.
Didn't like: I had blood stains on my sheets and had to call housekeeper to change them and the maid didn’t understand me

So sad The staff was nice
Didn't like: I couldn't get a drink, everything was close early. We had to stand in line for a drink. I tried to get room service , everytime i wanted they didnt have. Please its not worth your money. I stayed at alot of places and this one is the worst. I can go on, and on. The lobster tail we paid for was over cooked.

Beautiful resort, great location, wonderful service, food & drinks could use some improvement Our room was beautiful and the hotel is perfectly situated. The service was excellent and the resort is very clean and well maintained. This is our third time staying at the Pueblo Bonito resorts.
Didn't like: The food is hit or miss. Some items would be delicious but others were subpar. The margaritas were terrible!- which is weird for a Mexican resort. It could be challenging to get a tasty cocktail. And where are the lemons?! lol

Fun pool vibes and great location Great location and pool area was great . Awsm feature to be able to spend time at other sister resorts via the shuttle

Excellent The stay has been super !!! My sister and I are very satisfied !! We wanted to give an extra shout out to our pool server Cristal !! She is EXCELLENT !!! Also every year we always look for Vicente in the main dining area for our breakfast service !! He is also SUPERB !! They become like family !! Thank you ❤️

amazing place me and my family have been going to rose for 20 years or something and i will say, best hotel in cabo san lucas. i’ve been to multiple different ones and none of them can compete

Didn’t like at all The food is good
Didn't like: Location, service, pool had a lot of sand, air conditioning was not working on restaurants, service was bad, air conditioning was not working properly at the room, needed to change room 3 times. Presenting the bracelet every time you consume is anoying, asking for an extra 6000mxn as a deposit also didn’t like, my bill came with an extra charge of a donation I never asked, bed does a lot of noise, blanket had scratches, air conditioning on elevators worked just at night

Stolen watch will never stay here again Please be aware if you are currently staying here or are even thinking of staying at this property my very expensive Cartier watch was stolen during my stay with my family at this hotel. The staff were very nonchalant about out the whole thing. wouldn’t let me see any video footage or alert authorities. Nada. Just a simple incident report and that was it. This is not a 5 star hotel at all . Rooms are very out dated. The only thing I will say nice is our very sweet breakfast server Raul. Apart from that Cabo it self was beautiful. Later on our driver told us he wasn’t surprised and it happens there all the time - he also mentioned the RIU as well … Just sad this incident ruined the entire trip for my family and I. Will never again stay here.
