Hotel Los Patios

The front desk was very helpful however the staff working the bar and restaurant were not friendly. The location was great convenience. The balcony was nice.

Didn't like: The staff working the breakfast were not welcoming.

Didn't like: Bed sheets, bed, and mattress look a little worn. but it was very comfortable and the beds are quite large which I liked

Ants it lovely! Everything was great at the hotel except for an invasion of ants in the bathroom that forced us to vacate the room at 11 pm in the night.

Didn't like: See above. The any invasion was enormous and the spray used didn’t completely eliminate the ants and filled the entire apartment with chemical spray that made it difficult to breathe. We had to vacate to another room and in the morning when I asked about some form of compensation for our disrupted night I was told we got a bigger better room. I didn’t care because I am 79 years old and it was a major problem dealing with the ants, the air and then having to pack up everything and move at midnight. We were leaving at 9am in the morning after not getting much sleep. No one from the hotel followed up. It was a big disapppointment. I have a video of the ants and you can see that the problem is ongoing. The staff did their best but it was a most unpleasant experience. Perhaps the location of our room next to the open land invites insects. The entire plave is painted and the pool is very clean but we had a very unfortunate experience thus my rating the hotel less than perfect.

Super calm , quiet, clean , friendly staff ,relaxing perfect stay super close to the center of Cabo.

Little oasis, Best value for money Stayed here as a solo traveler for my first two nights to get accustomed. This hotel is a little refuge/oasis off the busy main road. Everything is well organized and the staff are very professional and helpful. The restaurant still served good lunch and dinner although there were not many guests around. The included breakfast was awesome with lots of Mexican dishes as well. The pool was wonderful and warm. Beautiful flowers everywhere and the property is well maintained.

Didn't like: The sink and shower faucets. The rooms themselves are a tiny bit outdated.

Friendly staff, clean room.

Didn't like: Found it a bit loud, you hear the traffic of the highway and the ventilation system makes noice. Had room 105. Maybe in other rooms you hear less noise.
