Would stay here again!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was spotless clean. Our room even smelled good walking in. Dove products in the bathroom was a very nice touch. The free parking garage was very convenient and I appreciated that they had security every night for it. My favorite part of the hotel was that there was a 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby. So convenient!! There were also many restaurants within walking distance. Great price for everything that you get!
Didn't like: The TV would constantly glitch no matter what channel we were on. There were a lot of homeless people around the area.

Great staff, but too much noise We liked the configuration of our room, and the proximity to Sea World. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was fairly clean.
Didn't like: It was loud. Street and hallway noise were very audible from our room. The location, while convenient to Sea World, wasn't really a family-friendly area. The fridge in our room was also broken. We didn't realize this, and spoiled some food we had bought.
