Good location to seaworld and clean room Our Room was clean , front desk was courteous checking in and good location and close to seaworld.

It was terrible. They offer as a breakfast was just coffee an waffle. It was like a motel not hotel. It is located on very busy and dirty neighborhoods. Staffs were with no smile no help. I never recommend it
Didn't like: I didn’t like anything. I almost run to other hotel to stay, but my husband convinced me. We’re so tired and there was no time to change. I was in San Diego for training all days.

The motel was clean and in a convenient location for us. It was also quiet.
Didn't like: Bathroom looked like it could be renovated, but everything worked. There were no plugs by the bed.

Beautiful property in the heart of Cusco old town. The stuff was very helpfull and friendly, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was nice (with beautiful views of the city) and the atmosphere was very charming. I recommend it strongly.

Rooms were clean, with comfortable beds. The first night the tv didn't work but we were given a discount because it was the only downstairs room available. The second night we traded rooms and it was better.
Didn't like: Tv didn't work. Leaky toilet and faucet. No gluten free choices for breakfast.

A bit of a disappointment! 1. Affordable for a one night stay 2. Close to the venue we attended. 3. Lobby and breakfast area neat and clean. There is really nothing else I can say positive. We are not picky. We do a lot of car camping so don't have extremely high expectations, but pretty disappointed with this location. Will not book again.
Didn't like: 1. Office closed before 8pm and had to go to a side window to check in 2. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it said it was a smoke free room 3. No power outlets by the bed/nightstand to charge your phone. 4. Breakfast choices very limited. Only cereal or waffles offered. No fruit, not yogurt. Only Quaker oatmeal for someone who has to eat GF 4. Water for the shower only lukewarm, yet the sink had hot water.
