We stayed 2 separate times. One night the staff was great and accommodating and the next time it was very different. The location to the beach was great. The dog friendly environment was great.
Didn't like: Seemed to be some missed communication between staff member’s. Also or electric bike was stolen. There is a bit of a homeless camp in the bushes directly behind the hotel also there where dirty needles found on the ground.

The size of the room, size of balcony, and size of the refrigerator.
Didn't like: The roaches in the cabinets, AC not functional (blowing out hot air), floors warped and lifted, nail sticking out of floor trim, furniture was old and very worn. View of transients that were building tents/living right beneath our balcony (this is what we had as our "ocean view"). Saw children with visible measles on their chest and back getting into pool. We immediately exited the pool. We arrived Thursday and left Friday. We had expected to stay through Sunday. The Overall horrible experience made this not a vacation. I regret having booked and having spent the money I saved up for this "vacation "

Relaxing beach vibes with a lot of fun dogs all around us!!! The location being walking distance to the ocean and ocean dog beach. Classic CA simple beach charm! Dog wash station made coming back from the beach with our pup so easy to clean up, the pool was a great way to relax and take a dip. Dog run area was convenient. Staff was excellent. We will be back!
Didn't like: My only comment would be that the room needed a little paint TLC. Just a touch of paint in worn areas around floor boards.

Nothing. Stank vile, broken door, itchy. Rebooted and left after 20minutes. It smelt like rooting meat in the aircon. Absolutely vile
Didn't like: Stank awful. Complained but got ignored. Should be refunded in any sane society
