We have stayed at a lot of Courtyard by Marriott properties, and this site did not measure up. The breakfast was fine. Hotel was clean.

Didn't like: There was only one elevator to the 10th floor. This resulted in long waits for service. The desk chair in our room looked like it was bought at a rummage sale, and when you sat in it, it tipped backwards and we were afraid it would tip over. Also when you sat at the supposed desk. upi could not walk around the chair as the bed was there. Set up of the room was not desirable. The lighting in the room was insufficient, and we would have liked a clock in the room.

Will stay again next time we are in the area The staff were exceptional and so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the entire experience was top notch.

Customer service was excellent from the time I arrived they assist me with everything I needed for my room thank you

Didn't like: My refrigerator was out the whole entire time I have to put my ice cream at guest services and wait the whole entire time because it was not working I didn't get any come time or anything on my bill however I still was appreciative for the service

Loved it! Would visit again. The location of the hotel is really close to all of the places that we planned to visit during our stay!

Didn't like: The elevators work very weirdly unfortunately. It takes a few tries to get up or down to the level that you want. And the drills outside started very early this morning.
