Comfortable and excellent service. I liked that the room and facility was clean and room service upkeeping the hotel was exceptional.
Didn't like: There was nothing that I disliked about Best Western Seven Seas. I had a phenomenal experience.

Good Booking.com
Didn't like: No access to drinking water without paying. Being in a different area and multiple hotels has shown in the past that complimentary access to coffee and water is very inviting to the space

Nice stay! Close to downtown The pool and hot tubs were nice. The room was ground floor and had a private patio. The tv had the option of watching YouTube and Netflix. Everything seemed clean. The beds were comfortable.

It worked for what we needed. Close to the events that we were going to.
Didn't like: Room was ok but the air conditioning was weak. Blow dryer did not work. Parking was tight.

We booked one night due to a concert we were attending to San Diego, we were able to check in 2 hours earlier due to there being availability.
Didn't like: However, upon entering the room, I noticed there was a crack in the wall and surfaces were dirty (seemed like a rush cleaning job). I also noticed some small flies on the ceiling and around lighting in the restroom. We did not see any other bugs besides two outdoor bugs in the restroom. (Two pincher bugs).

Didn't like: The $150 deposit for what this place isn’t the best to charge a temporary hold on my funds then takes a week or more to release my funds. Because of this I would not stay here again. There other hotels that don’t charge this much.

Comfortable, Free parking Room was quiet and comfortable and a decent size. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we asked if we could checkout a day early and get a refund, and they were happy to do this for us, because our plans changed. Booking.com themselves made the refund difficult, I had to ring them several times, but the hotel were helpful and did what I needed them to do so that Booking.com could process the refund. Free parking.
Didn't like: Location isn't the best, its not within walking distance of central San Diego's attractions, however it is not a long drive away either. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
