Will not recommend it to anyone. Not much. The breakfast staff was very good.
Didn't like: Access to the property was unpleasant and dangerous. The grounds leading to the property were full of potholes full of water and dirty gravel. Very hard to access the property with luggage.The porter came to the rescue.

The room and bathroom is very poorly laid out, and the AC is terrible. The gym pool and padel courts are also very expen The rooms were cleaned everyday and padel courts were nice
Didn't like: Padel courts, gym and swimming pools costs almost the price of the hotel if you want to use them everyday.

Nice spacious room (upgraded) for me a good bed, but some might find it a bit hard. Breakfast has lot of choices. Possibility to iron. Free parking space.
Didn't like: It is rated as 4 star, but I think it is more a 3 star. Swimming pool, fitness has to be paid separately, never had before had to pay for fitness room. You have to showe in the bath tub. No anti-slip and that was scary as I almost fell. Breakfast has lots of choices, but mediocre quality. Cheap ham, low grade bread and industry/power made scrambled eggs. Also no place in the bathroom to place your own stuff. There are some stairs at the entrance that can be a challenge with heavy luggage.

Do Not Book The staff! Although the hotel itself fell below the standards i expected, I would like to say how sorry I felt for the staff, as they genuinely went out of their way to help me and make my stay as comfortable as possible. They were friendly, attentive and did their best despite the hotel’s shortcomings. The staff deserve credit for their efforts and should not be blamed for the poor standards of the hotel.
Didn't like: Horrendous experience from start to finish. The hotel shown when i booked appeared to be of a good standard, but the reality was completely different. The room and property were nowhere near the standard we were led to expect from the booking photographs and description. The floors were unkempt, damaged and broken, with poles sticking out of the walls. The overall condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing and certainly not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. I was also very disappointed to find that there is no pool onsite. Instead, guests have to use the sports club next door, and there is an additional charge to do so. This was very misleading and not what we expected when booking. There was no bar and no evening meal available at the hotel, which was particularly frustrating as the hotel is miles away from anywhere decent to eat or spend an evening. This left me with no options. The only positive thing I can say is about the staff. I genuinely felt sorry for them because they went out of their way to help us and were doing their best despite the hotel’s poor standards and lack of facilities. They were friendly, helpful and professional, and they deserve credit for their efforts. Unfortunately, good staff cannot make up for a hotel that is poorly maintained and does not provide the facilities or standard advertised. We left feeling extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking to look carefully at what is actually included before committing.
