Didn't like: When I booked the room, it was clearly stated that city taxes were included! Yet, I was still charged a city tax of 7.50 Euros. Furthermore, charging 300 Euros per night for a room—without breakfast—is completely excessive for a hotel like this.

Didn't like: Location isn’t the greatest. It is easy to get to the tourist areas however there’s a 5-10 min walk from the nearest station and it can feel unsafe at night.

Perfect stay for solo female traveller in a modern and comfortable hotel. Lovely hotel. Very comfortable room with the most adorable letter from the staff welcoming me. As a solo female traveller was a great place to stay and will definitely be back.
Didn't like: Breakfast could have some more variety.

Great location with a metro stop nearby. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Great that there is a small fridge in the room too.

Stay was really pleasant with the warmth and smile of the staff. Specia vs CM l mention to Ms.Margret and Mr.Vimal. Hospitality of the staff is commendable Location is excellent with perfect access to public transport. Well maintained property. Everything is much professional !! Good spread for breakfast.
Didn't like: The carpet on the room floor needs to be replaced as it appears old and dusty.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked wonderfully in the summer heat.
Didn't like: It's a bit far from the action, and Rome is not very well connected.
