I will not go back to this hotel Location was okay.
Didn't like: *Breakfast should be improve, less unhealthy pastry and more protein like oatmeal and more cheese options. *I had to go back to the front desk at least 7 times because my access card to the room will deactivate and the front desk staff could not figure it out for the first 4 nights, this was very inconvenient for us, I belief I was not set up properly when I first checked in. *Lastly, my wife and I saw a cockroach in the dinning room while we were eating breakfast, it was disgusting! *Shower had mold, it needs a better clean out

Horrible bathroom and a very rude hotel service to solve the problem. Location close to the Vatican.
Didn't like: The room did not have a shower head, just a rainfall shower head. My spouse cannot use rainfall as she has a skin issues. Asked hotel manager if room can be changed, but all the rooms had only rainfall in the shower. Hotel agreed to pay me back a refund for 4 out of 5 paid in advance nights, as we checked out next day at 10:00AM. No response from the hotel though it has been almost 3 weeks (18.09 - 08.10), so I am trying to receive 560Euros via Booking.com. Very unpleasant, loud resonance vibrations whistled during use of the tap in the bathroom.

The hotel room, facilities and staffs were great. Good value for money. Breakfast range was great.
Didn't like: Location and public transport is bit inconvenient to move with luggages. But taxi and uber is available and could be a good option.

Good value for money. The location is convenient, with relatively easy access to the city centre, and you can also walk there if you don’t mind a longer walk. The Vatican is very close, around 15 minutes on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Didn't like: The breakfast was very disappointing. By the second day, we didn’t really want to eat anything anymore, and I’m generally not a picky eater. The scrambled eggs looked particularly unappetising, and the selection overall was very limited. There was also only white bread available, with no whole-grain or healthier alternatives.
