Tropical Deluxe Princess - All Inclusive

Overall it was good. The room was very good cleaned. The housekeeping girls were very helpful. The property is very good.

Didn't like: First of all, the bussers weren’t so good. Twice we were just taking slowly the eating and they just took the plate without even asking. If you order a beer it takes more than 10 minutes to come in your table. If you don’t know Spanish, it is very hard to communicate with the staff. The water at the beach is not so clear. There are restaurants inside the property but you have to make reservation for them, and I stayed only 4 days and it was full all the days, which it should be at least one spot secured for each room to try the restaurants.

I wouldn’t return! Nothing! Customer service really bad!

Awful experience! The rooms were very clean, the housekeeping was excellent, they were very attentive The room we were in was close to all the amenities. The complex transport was good for getting around. The gardens are beautiful and the animals are lovely to see when walking around. The American Sports Bar, was the only place where we felt it was safe to eat, and the staff were friendly and attentive there.

Didn't like: The food was awful even in the restaurants that you have to book. All of the family ended up ill. The food that was supposed to be chilled was not, such as the fish, cold meats and salads. Had to go to the onsite doctor for stomach issues. The buffet area is not air conditioned, it is mostly open air and it was too hot to eat in there, this needs updating as you cannot sit there comfortably and eat. The other restaurants are air conditioned. Complained about this but the reception staff didn't seem interested at all. The service in the restaurants you have to book was awful, we waited over an hour in the Dominican themed restaurant for our food, and we had to send a meal back as the pork was overcooked and couldn't even cut it. The waiter also didn't take our order correctly when we asked for a starter and it didn't even come. The soft fizzy drinks are all flat. They have nothing on draft besides the beer. You ask for a coke it is flat, a sprite, it is flat. We also didn't trust the water they were serving in all the restaurants and bars, only trust the bottled water the maids left in the fridge in the room. There are not enough umbrellas around the pool, you have to get there fairly early to get one. In the pool I found the white chlorine tablets that had not dissolved, this shouldn't happen as they are supposed to be in a container and then put in the pool. These can be corrosive to the skin. The seaweed issue this time of the year is unavoidable, however piles of seaweed were left on the beach and a strong smell of ammonia is all around the complex, this can also cause health issues. You don't get served any drinks around the pool you have to go to the bar yourself if you are there just as a normal all inclusive customer, if you paid for VIP then you would get this service, however it is expensive. Overall I don't recommend this hotel, save your money and go all out and pay for a far superior hotel with a better experience.

The all-inclusive resorts were literally a 10-minute Uber ride away from some of the best nightclubs in the DR The all-inclusive resort was very nice, with top-tier service. Highly recommended for anyone ready for a nice vacation.

Didn't like: I love everything about the all-inclusive resorts.

Food not great never again Not great Upset stomach and I was not the only one Lovely surroundings,great staff clean rooms

Didn't like: Food terrible fish not on ice cold me in the warm cakes melting.Resturants small portions and not very nice sent food back waiter not very happy but not eating tough food.Anyway due to the food I was ill and medical bill was 530 dollars.Management dont want to know and are dismissive.

Great place to stay.. reasonable price. Beautiful accommodations, friendly staff and plenty to do.

Didn't like: sea weed issue which is out of your control

The place was amazing the only thing was the variety of beer more Corona instead of president e and the candy was a bit over priced But other than that i loved it. I would of like to be able to night swim in the pool.

Muy lindo para descansar y pasar unos dias en familia Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, cuenta con todas las amenidades. Los cocteles muy ricos y los bartender muy amables dispuestos a ayudar. Al igual que el staff del lobby para el check in y check out.

Didn't like: Los carritos demoraban bastante en pasar para transportarse dentro del hotel, los meseros en el buffet demoraban mas de 1 hora en traer una bebida. No limpian la playa de sargazo.

Great we always have a great time over here! The pool the beach the rooms are confortable ( I didn’t like my view this time ) nothing to see from my room

Didn't like: The buffet has the same thing every day and some member of the staff are kind of rude
