I do NOT recommend this hotel. Horrible service and food. The beach and the activities there were nice.
Didn't like: Very bad service. Most of the staff were unfriendly except for 2. They lack major training and educational training. Food was horrible. Way below the 5 star hotel they claim they are.

Plenty of shoreline beach with tons of palm trees. 4-5 restaurants by quantity of choices. Only 2 of 4 restaurants was worth using.
Didn't like: The resort tried to do a lot of check boxes, but genuine fun, genuine staff, genuine artists, genuine flavors - food matching fancy images... Not. Only genuine thing that was there was clean room service and few genuine happy staff. People just didn't not seam payed well for the work they do.

Horrible, never coming back. La atención al cliente es pésima, los empleados parecían estar inconformes ya que nos trataron horrible. El único que se comportó amablemente fué un mesero en el buffete. La habitación estaba sucia cuando llegamos y el refrigerador de la habitación vacío, no había shampoo ni jabón para bañarce en los 6 días que estubímos hospedados ahí, nosotros tubimos que comprar. Vacacionamos 2 vecez al año y JAMÁS utilizaré un RIU de nuevo.
Didn't like: La comida es de pésima calidad, pedímos pizza y nos dijeron que el hotel solo enviaba tomate y maíz para prepararla, por el precio que pagamos mínimo pepperonis podrían ofrecer. Los huevos estaban crudos y bastante sucia el area de snacks.
