Never again Location and view are the only things good about the property.

Didn't like: Everything about this place was terrible. From the unfriendly, racist uncooperative staff to the poor hygiene of the room to the appalling room service. My coffee was brought in spilt and the staff was extremely indifferent about his mistake. I would rate this hotel as 3 stars definitely not of 5 value standards.

The room was very comfortable, and I had a wonderful night’s sleep. The view was absolutely stunning! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back if I have the opportunity.

The Pullman Paris was in a great location, the rooms are old and run down, they have also charged me 3 times for the same booking and I have tried contacting them multiple times to resolve but not response.
