Great staff, accommodations, room with a view, & location The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.. When I booked my stay online, I requested if possible to get a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. They replied back that I had booked a less expensive room so that would not qualify. So I let it go, but then was so happy surprised when I got to my room that they had given me the free upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! It made my stay incredibly magical! All without any extra cost.
Didn't like: Zero complaints. I highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location for Eiffel Tower. The attached photo was taken from the front steps of the proper The location is perfect if you want to be, near the Eiffel Tower. Accommodation is very nice, the bistro is good quality and the staff are very helpful.

Friendly Staff, but Poor Communication and Follow-up Although the staff were friendly, I was very disappointed with the overall service.
Didn't like: I contacted the hotel in advance and made several requests, but the information did not seem to be properly shared internally. Some arrangements were not handled as discussed. I have also followed up several times by email to request my invoice/receipt, but I still have not received a proper response. This has been very frustrating, as the document is required for business expense processing. Unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of follow-up affected my overall experience.

Great location but... Location was great, just 2 min away from the Eifel tower.
Didn't like: The hotel is old and location does not compensate the fact. Rooms need renewal, same applies for the toilets and bathrooms.

Didn't like: There was no chance of an earlier check in. Even by 30 minutes. Staff were adamant it was 3pm check in
