Good location Locatio is great and close to Eiffel tower.good gym. Fair swimming pool.great hyper market around the hotel. Walk to restaurants and coffe shops.

Didn't like: Tiny room. Toilet is separate from washing area and bath! Nothing inside the fridge

Too expensive, they not have room service. Good view Amazing view

Didn't like: My stay at Novotel Paris was extremely disappointing and far below my expectations, especially considering the high price. Room Cleanliness and Comfort: The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding did not feel properly clean, and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. The situation was so bad that I had to buy Dettol and clean the bathroom myself. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this price and standard. The air conditioning was another major issue. We left it running for an entire day, hoping the room would cool down, but it did not work properly. There was also no proper ventilation through the window, making the room uncomfortable. Service and Staff: The service was another major disappointment. I was shocked to be told that I had to pay an additional fee just to have my luggage brought to my room. I have never expected this level of service from a hotel of this category. Additionally, when we called room service from our room, nobody answered. This made the overall experience even more frustrating. Value for Money: The price was extremely high compared to the quality of the room, cleanliness, and service provided. The experience did not justify the cost at all. I cannot comment on the other facilities, as I did not use them during my stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service should be the minimum expectation at any hotel, especially one charging such high rates. I would not choose to stay here again, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues.

Didn't like: A bit pricy for the emergency that it was, but late in a Friday night ..... they did what they do. The drink options were limited.

It was a good place for family It is convenient and close to all historical places, have a good accss to public transportation.

Good and decent Location ia premium, near to eiffel, bug bus stop, metro etc

Didn't like: Nearby, not so many cafe, restaurant ambience looks like a simple and normal street cafe not like a novotel style. No hand wash option inside the washroom and you need to go again to shower area to wash hands

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris! We stayed in an Executive Room, which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and hospitality!

Didn't like: The only downside was the toilet being in a separate room without a washbasin. This meant having to go to the other bathroom to wash our hands and continue with our other bathroom routines, which was a little inconvenient.
