Location was great and the breakfast was nice. Good to have the laundry in the basement, which worked.
Didn't like: Room was very basic. The safe, the Tv and the phone didnt work, which was disappointing. They needed new batteries and the staff fixed them but never fixed the safe. Not particularly clean either. Very expensive for what it was.

Didn't like: The rooms need to be renovated and are dated/worn (e.g. broken closet doors and dents/stains + fixtures detaching). Breakfast room is not big enough for a hotel of this size.

Great location but facilities are very poor for the price. Location was great and the bed was comfortable
Didn't like: They turned the air conditioning off because apparently it was “seasonal”. Our room was so hot and stuffy. We opened the windows and I asked for a fan which they brought up to the room for us. The room wasn’t serviced and was told if we wanted towels we would have to go down stairs and get them. Also the breakfast was insulting. The scrambled egg on offer wasn’t even real, it was some mushy goo. Bear in mind there were 4 of us in two seperate rooms with all the same opinion. I paid over $2200 aud for 3 nights for just my room, so I expected a little more.

Great location, horrible service Great location and spacious rooms and reception.
Didn't like: Horrible service by the staff. I needed an extra pillow to put under my injured arm, I had to ask 5 times to 5 different employees and after almost 2 days I could get the pillow. Also the room wasn’t clean and the heating was working randomly. We were sometimes too warm, sometimes cold without changing the settings.

Very good location and the room was nicely refurbished.
Didn't like: I didn’t realize until I got there that we had to take our heavy bags up one flight of stairs and that the staff member at the time didn’t bother to help my elderly Guest, which was disappointing.
