Didn't like: I stayed at Rm 501. I can hear all the conversations through the wall from next door (Rm 502)

Though the entire staff were helpful and offered us wonderful service, Kevin was beyond helpful and represented the hote The location and access to Metro & various bistros.
Didn't like: The room was a tad tight for two adults even for European standards.

Lovely quaint hotel Staff was very helpful, accommodating and kind.
Didn't like: There was no electrical outlet near a mirror in our room.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Kuvinthan was especially helpful and kind throughout my stay. His excellent service made the experience even more pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location; caring staff; great breakfast to start your day. The staff were very attentive to our needs and worked diligently to deal with an issue that came up and the manager handled it to our satisfaction .

Could NOT recommend at all. Only the location, nothing else.
Didn't like: Size of room, size of bathroom, bad plumbing, internal noises - doors opening & closing, noise from room above, toilets flushing, drain noises, high price I paid through Booking.com. Twice the price available 6 days later.
