Location was not bad
Didn't like: Very disappointing experience, especially with a toddler. After a 13-hour journey, we waited 3 hours in the lobby despite requesting early check-in in advance and being willing to pay. The staff were rude and unhelpful. No water or dental kit was provided in the room, and even basic requests were handled poorly. We also felt there was a noticeable difference in how some staff treated guests based on race or French-speaking ability. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress and spoiled our Paris trip. Would not recommend this hotel.

Good overall They had friendly staff, the breakfast was good and had a lot of variety of food, the rooms had a good size, the beds were comfortable and it was very quiet to sleep.
Didn't like: Not a pretty part of the city but It was close to the underground. The hotel looked OK, it needs a bit of decoration and attention to details in terms of cleaning the corners, specially at the main toilet reception

the location: close to bus stops, metro and very easy to get around central paris. the breakfast was nice too, and the room was very clean. personally i wish the queen bed sheets were a little bit rough and could have been softer compared to the sofa bed sheets. but they were still nice to sleep in, and comfortable. we couldnt get out of bed in the morning!!
Didn't like: the sheets on the queen bed could have been softer in my opinion, they were slightly rough. and i just wanted a better view of the eiffel tower without the kinda-unusual view of traffic and houses. didnt fit the vibe too much. but great!! we still could see the eiffel tower, just maybe if a better room was available we would've liked it more.
