B&B HOTEL Paris 17 Batignolles

Good location, metro station near the hotel, clean snd big room, comfortable bed.

Didn't like: One of lifts was out of order. Breakfast a little bit more expensive than expected.

Overall a decent hotel but a bit more basic than I had expected. The room was a decent size, comfortable and there was little noise audible from the street outside. Location was well connected by metro and tram. Staff was very friendly.

Didn't like: Quite a few issues at the time of our stay; initially the keycards for the rooms did not work; there was only one lift working which meant long waits at busy hours (our room was on the 6th floor). Our room was connected by a locked door to the neighbouring room which meant you could hear people chatting in the next room. The room was not super clean, some hair in the bathroom and a lot of dust on the walls. Showerhead was mounted too low for an average person.

Highly recommend! Excellent location… clean, quiet & spacious room… the staff are the best… especially Amadou & Francine who are very responsive & helpful!

Pleasant place for a pleasant stay in Paris Nice, comfortable hotel in a very good location. Small but clean rooms, comfortable beds, a big lobby, and kind staff. The metro station is in front of the hotel. Some restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed it here.

Didn't like: They don't have small towels, and that is unusual. But they gave us (at our request) two extra towels (big), and we appreciate that.

With out-date facilitate, this hotel is ok to stay location is very good, front desk are nice.

Didn't like: Bathroom door needs fix. My and my friend’s bathroom doors are too old to maintain. Both of rooms bathroom doors can’t open or close properly

The location is good, but it is very cold in the room. They don’t change the towels daily—in fact, we had the same ones for three days. There is no hair conditioner in the shower.

I like the location the hotel is super close from the metro station. The beds are quite comfortable.

Apart from the fact that my perfume appears to have gone missing from the room (I suspect it may have been taken by the housekeeping staff), we were satisfied with almost everything else. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, conveniently located right next to a metro station, and the reception staff were excellent. My only minor complaint regarding the service is that the housekeeping staff entered our room every day to make the beds and replace the toilet paper and towels. Unfortunately, on our last morning, we were in a hurry while packing, and it was only after returning home that I realised my original Armani My Way perfume, which I had used the previous day and left on the shelf, was missing. I had assumed it was safely packed in my toiletry bag, as I had not taken it anywhere outside the hotel room. By the time I noticed it was missing, it was too late to do anything about it. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, but I would strongly advise future guests to keep all valuable belongings with them or locked in the safe provided in the room.

Would not recommend Luggage storage service was helpful. Located right next to Metro station.

Didn't like: Rude staff condescendingly lecturing me how check in process works in France (started the sentence with "I don't know how it works in your country, but in France..."). The rooms are very very tiny- about the size of queen size bed with just enough space to walk around it. Not even enough space to fully open a standard checked bag.
