Will never stay again. Will tell friends to stay anywhere else. Young, caucasian female in the Concierge was abundantly helpful and friendly. She helped me schedule things to do while in NOLA.
Didn't like: Front desk who checked me in were patronizing and acted like they were doing me a favor. Not friendly. Probably hate their jobs? Recommend replacing them. Photos of room I rented via Booking.com was not what I received. Deceptive marketing. Very, very disappointed. Just stayed at the Hilton the week before, and it was much nicer. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hilton had free parking, not $50 a day valet parking. Good part is that I am a frequent visitor to NOLA and love it.

Excellent - will come again to this hotel. Location was excellent, convenient and near everything. room ok, we spent 4 nights and only 2 days our room was cleaned. bed excellent. shower the knob for the shower was sort of stuck so you would not get a powerful shower.

Our first stay here was fantastic and this will be our hotel from now on when we visit New Orleans. We loved everything about this hotel! It was close to restaurants, stores, and Bourbon Street. The 24 hour security made us feel very safe. There was a heated pool on the 10th floor as well as a flavored water station.
Didn't like: The water in the bath tub drained very slowly but other than that there were no issues.

Always love the hotel the location is great.
Didn't like: Everyday had to get housekeeper to clean the bathroom never vacuum.
