Disappointed and Disturbed. The location.

Didn't like: The mold, the staff and refund policy due to mold is unacceptable. They moved me and the second room had mold too.

Labor Day week I liked the cleanliness of the room , little extras like shampoo and body wash in the shower.Folks at checkin very friendly. Appreciate the breakfast.

The day was nice and would’ve been better if they did some upgrades Close to everything on the Gatlinburg strip

Didn't like: Does need some updates the room I was in the bathtub need to be caulked They also need to improve their breakfast. They need to add a waffle maker and maybe some biscuit and gravy that would be nice.
