Amazing staycation !!! We had a wonderful staycation! Bruce & shamina at the front desk helped us with everything we needed! Our twins enjoyed the pool and workout gym.

Didn't like: Front desk workers are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The workers are rude from the moment you checkin. I would not stay at this hotel again if they offered a free trip. The room was in desperate need of a deep clean.

Great first time stay, planning to return Great location, staff was friendly, price was good not great, and the room was good. The manager and staff generously assisted me a week after my checkout once I discovered duplicate charges.
Didn't like: There was one brown like stain on one of our pillows, so we didn't use it. I experienced duplicate charges the following week, first from Booking.com, and later charges by Town and Country Inn and Suites. Thankfully, the manager and staff generously assisted with the Folio review and refunding the charges on the day I advised them of my double charge.

We really loved this hotel! We passed on the breakfast.The location was really convenient--not too far from downtown and right by the highway.The room was really great--the bed was so comfortable,as were the chairs,and the bathroom was spacious,clean,and had both a shower and a tub.
Didn't like: It's kind of a labyrinth to find your way from the room to the parking area(depending on where your room is located,of course).

Wonderful Experience I’m thrilled I chose this wonderful establishment for my daughter’s birthday weekend. From checking in with Mr. Bruce and the comfort of our double queen that was comfortable and clean! Only issue was television didn’t work but Ms. Shamina and Ms. Van were so professional and accommodating in assuring we get another room immediately. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to beautiful Charleston SC. I can’t wait to tell my family and friends to do the same!
