Minus the water issue, the staff was good given that situation and the hotel was very nice, breakfast was good, they eve I liked the location it was close to downtown, but not as expensive as staying in downtown. Easy and cheap Uber rides to King Street.
Didn't like: Unfortunately, during our stay the property had an issue with No water (for 12 hours)so our floor had no useable toilet or shower, only could use the main floor bathroom which was 7 floors away

Worst experience I ever had at a hotel. The location was good.
Didn't like: Incredible rude and incompetent front desk manager. I stood in line for check in for 1 1/2 hours. 9 people in front of me. Another half hour in line to cancel my reservation. The room she gave me was on first floor instead of top floor as booked and the room was extremely loud from some kind of vent. Turned off the AC but it didn’t help. So, never spent the night. I can’t get over the incompetence of that front desk manager.

The lady in the breakfast room (Lashania i think???) was fantastic....always smiling!! Employee of the month award needed!!
Didn't like: A couple of things... shower didnt work on day 1 and took a day to fix... bedside light flickering on and off.

Didn't like: Housekeeping not readily available. Only one elevator working. Front desk staff not friendly.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel, particularly its cleanliness and the quality of its service Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we always returned to a clean, tidy and pleasant environment. I had previously stayed at a hotel belonging to the same chain in Philadelphia, and I received a similarly high standard of service here.
Didn't like: The reception staff were polite, but their communication was not always sufficiently attentive. Although I explained that English is not my first language and asked them to speak more slowly, my request was not taken into consideration. In addition, a parking fee appeared on our bill even though we had informed the staff upon arrival that we had arrived by Uber and did not use the hotel parking.
