The location with the shuttle is great. It is a little challenging to get out onto the main road due to visibility but all in all a great place. The restaurant and bar have excellent views. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Didn't like: This is an older holiday inn. It has been updated but it's still an older building. Not sure why the light switch for the bathroom is on the outside of the room, behind the bathroom door...and bathroom door and entry door bump each other if opened at the same time.

Overall a nice hotel to stay at The free shuttle to downtown Charleston was a great perk. Having the breakfast included with our stay was also a nice benefit. What we most liked about our room was the very comfortable bed got some good night sleep

Didn't like: Our bathroom could’ve used some maintenance but other than that her stay was great

The staff alone would make me stay there again. The staff is awesome!! Very nice and polite. The shuttle drivers were also great!! I stayed there because of the shuttle to MUSC.

Didn't like: Better lighting at the sink would be nice. Also, running the air conditioning made everything feel damp.

The staff was great!!! Everyone was very friendly and very friendly!! Also the desk staff were the best . Very professio The room had a nice view and the bed was comfortable.

Didn't like: The bathroom had some rust and mildew, needs a little updating.
