Great location, less than average hotel This is a wonderful historical structure undermined by a three star hotel. The building is amazing and I only wish the rooms, the amenities, and the staff lived up the promise not only of the building, but also the Hilton brand. Check in was perfunctory and I really felt like I was for. The clerk a favor by staying there. They just didn’t seem to care. Once in the room I discovered one of the TV remotes did not work and neither did the light in the room. The bathroom was firm the last century and I felt like it was updated during the first Bush administration. The rust streaks on the wall reflected the lack of care and cleaning throughout the room. The tables and chairs were worn and old, nothing seemed update for cared for. It simply did not reflect the quality I thought I was paying for as a Hilton Honors Member. Breakfast was also perfunctory and just not very clean. When I noticed that dirty dishes were stacked next to the food line I had to wonder about the staffs training and overall cleanliness. Would I stay here again? No. It just wasn’t up to the standard I thought I was paying g for - sorry to see embassy suites going downhill.

Stay here, it's awesome. Wow, what a cool building. Apparently it was an armory or something. Staff was excellent. Will stay here again next year!!! BONUS, COCKTAIL RECEPTION!!!

Didn't like: Parking was excessively expensive.. 3 free drinks would be better than 2 😎

Location and staff were great. Property needs upgrade. The staff and location was great

Didn't like: The furnishing looked like they hadn’t been updates since the 80’s. The carpet in the stairwells was filthy and worn out. The couch and chair in the room was something you would see on the side of the road. Well worn out. Bathroom plumbing barely worked. Water in shower was only one temp. Curtains in room were broken and were very hard to close.
