The room, view, staff, and amenities were awesome.

Didn't like: The bads were a little stiff, and night time was a little loud but we're also not used to city noise so that's probably just it

We enjoyed the convenience of the train and rail near the hotel. Room was very nice for our family of four and the extra living area is appreciated for those rising early.Beds were nice, Bathroom was new and clean

Didn't like: While it did not impact us so much, we would have liked for the hotel to alert us of the protest that has been underway for 85 days in front of the hotel. Why is there only two disposable cups in a room for 4 people?

Great location for a concert or game Very close to both stadiums and great food. Good local thriftstores as well.

Didn't like: Woke up to protesters at 7am yelling "wake up embassy suites". Just want to be able to sleep in a little.

Horrible N/a worst experience

Didn't like: The Hilton employees were striking the hotel… Hilton did not reach out and advise of this ahead of time. We were woken up every morning before 7am to bull horns , sirens, drums, chanting and shouting by the hotel staff. We asked for a room away from the noise, we were told no rooms available. We absolutely would not have stayed here if we were informed of the strike and noise etc. My 9 year old daughter tripped on the junk (from the employees striking) outside of the hotel and badly skinned her knees, no hotel employees offered help, the security guard from the connected building offered first aid and help.

Not worth the cost

Didn't like: This hotel is not firing on all cylinders. It is in need of some care and attention. It’s not a bad hotel but it is not worth the cost. The elevators take a long time as they are not all working. Two of the four washing machines were not working. The breakfast offering is small and chaotic.

Booking.com did not send our reservation to the hotel so we had no reservation and had to wait and pay extra to get the same hotel we paid booking.com for

The elevators not working in a full hotel is unacceptable and ruined our entire stay. We still talk about it negatively Within walking distance of T -Mobile Park. 13 coins restaurant in the same building

Didn't like: Only 2 elevators were working and the employee service elevator wasn’t working either. The wait time for the elevator was 20 plus minutes and was packed with people. We spoke with a housekeeper while waiting for the elevator and they had a big cart trying to get to another floor. The one time we were able to catch a down elevator It stopped at every floor going down but could not fit anymore people in so another frustrating wait for us in the elevator and those waiting for an elevator. In the morning we had to take the stairs from the 13th floor to get down in a timely manner to ensure we could catch the ferry on time. I’m in my 60s with bad knees and it was hell walking down. We met several people taking the stairs up and down. I’ve never seen a hotel stairwell so crowded before. Also the 7:00 am sirens and banging drums and chants from the striking service workers was annoying on a Sunday morning. There were hard copy memos at the front desk but I wish they had let us know before we checked in on both these issues. I had asked for a partial credit since we paid $1000 for the room and parking for one night but was denied. We couldn’t even get an elevator to get breakfast on the second floor and we weren’t going to walk up and down 12 stories Overall the stay was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Won’t stay here again
