Great location, clean and safe! Great location near the waterfront, staff were lovely and allowed me to check in earlier after getting in on the Amtrak train. Room was clean, very spacious and clean. Good value and would recommend for solo visitors.

Lovely stay for an event that will be in our memories forever! Loved the location! Attended a concert and enjoyed walking the Waterfront.
Didn't like: The paid parking. Had to switch multiple times to fit into a spot that wasnt compact or had a concrete post to navigate around. Felt overpriced for what it was.

Far Above Expectations - Seattle is a "Hell Hole" for homeless & drug addicts, location is isolated. Location near Harbor Street is excellent as one was in wheelchair and easy to get to harbor dining & sights. Breakfast area was very clean & food was excellent - staff was very friendly and helpful. 13 year staff takes pride in the breakfast area. Staff behind the desk are EXCEPTIONAL - very helpful w directions & recommendations on "must see" attractions. Their knowledge on Historic Yesler avenue and the Hotel History was a key factor in our Pleasant Stay at Pioneer Square - Highly recommend this Best Western Hotel. Rooms (qty 4) were very comfortable with excellent beds for great nights sleep. The Biggest factor is the Staff behind the desk helping visitors - it felt like home in the midwest - very warm & friendly.
Didn't like: Nothing. All employees were very happy & thankful for their jobs.

On site parking and walking distance to Pioneer Square, The Metropolitan Grill, and the Stadium!
Didn't like: Finding temporary parking to check in was a challenge, the streets have bus lanes only and got ticketed. Not hotel's fault. Just a warning to fellow travelers.

Friendly, well kept hotel close to everything! Friendly front desk staff, early check-in was allowed, surprisingly quiet room! Very comfortable! We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the Pioneer Square neighborhood.

The room was nice, clean and we had a view of the harbor. I liked that its an older building - good character. The walk to Pike's Place wasn't bad and we were close to the water.
Didn't like: Breakfast- I didn't even see the protein until after we had eaten on our check out day.
